  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📝 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including any tags, seals, or labels.
  • The item must not be damaged or show signs of use.

🚚 How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and schedule pickup or return delivery as needed.

💵 Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened art supplies (e.g. markers, paints).
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
