سياسة الشحن ومدة تقديم الخدمة

1. نطاق التوصيل

نقوم بالتوصيل حاليًا داخل مناطق القاهرة والجيزة فقط.
يمكن التواصل معنا لتأكيد إمكانية التوصيل لأي منطقة غير مذكورة.

2. مدة التوصيل

يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
في حالات الضغط أو الظروف الاستثنائية، قد يحدث تأخير بسيط، ويتم التواصل مع العميل في هذه الحالة.

3. أوقات التوصيل

التوصيل يتم في الأيام من السبت إلى الخميس بين الساعة 12 ظهرًا و9 مساءً.
لا يتم التوصيل يوم الجمعة إلا بناءً على اتفاق مسبق.

4. تكلفة الشحن

تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب المنطقة، وتُعرض بوضوح أثناء إتمام الطلب.
أحيانًا نقدم عروض شحن مجاني فوق مبلغ معين، يتم الإعلان عنه عند توفره.

5. خدمة تجهيز الطلب للاستلام

يمكن للعميل اختيار استلام الطلب بنفسه من مقر المكتبة بعد تأكيد الطلب وتحديد موعد الاستلام.
الخدمة متاحة في مواعيد عمل المكتبة الرسمية.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Cairo and Giza only.
For other areas, please contact us to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation.
In rare cases of high demand or unexpected delays, we will notify you accordingly.

3. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Friday delivery is available upon special request and confirmation.

4. Shipping Fees

Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and will be clearly shown during checkout.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain amount – these will be announced when available.

5. Self Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our store location after confirmation and scheduled time.
Available during our official business hours.
