  • جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجدت).
  • يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد إتمام عملية الدفع (عند التوصيل أو عبر وسيلة دفع إلكترونية إذا كانت متاحة).
  • نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك التوفر أو أخطاء في البيانات أو مشاكل في الشحن.

3. الشحن والتوصيل

  • يتم التوصيل داخل القاهرة والجيزة فقط خلال 1 – 3 أيام عمل.
  • رسوم التوصيل تُحسب حسب المنطقة ويتم توضيحها قبل تأكيد الطلب.
  • يجب التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف لتفادي أي تأخير أو إلغاء.

4. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

  • يمكنك طلب إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من استلامه، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
  • لا تُقبل المرتجعات للمنتجات المفتوحة أو المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا.
